We are currently searching for three (3) Wire Harness Build Technicians involved in developing advanced prototype and production solutions in the E-Mobility area. We are seeking qualified Electrical and Electronics Technicians to fill multiple positions in a highly competitive Powertrain Control Systems integration and development market. This is a contract-to-direct opportunity in Auburn Hills, MI.


  • Must be able to build High-Voltage and Low-Voltage electrical wiring
  • Must be able to build junction boxes, power distribution boxes and fuse boxes
  • Must have an excellent knowledge in High-Voltage safety of batteries and electrical wiring
  • Must be able to instrument the electric powertrains components for Power analysis, Current probes, Torque meters, Voltage probes etc.
  • Strong knowledge in High-Voltage and Low Voltage electrical system design
  • Must be well versed in designing electrical wiring schematics for safe system integration
  • Should be qualified in High-Voltage system implementation.
  • Strong knowledge in automotive Network design (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet)
  • Strong knowledge in E-motor and battery systems
  • Strong knowledge in Hybrid and EV system architecture design (P0-P4, Parallel – Series)
  • Strong knowledge in E-motor testing and Battery testing according to standards
  • Good understanding of vehicle control system requirements
  • Good understanding of engine and vehicle controls interface
  • Must be able to lead technically and provide guidance
  • Must be able to propose technical solutions


  • Associate degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field required
  • Experience in automotive industry is highly preferred
  • Should be hands on in using following tools and building electrical powernet systems
    • Poweranalyzer, Multimeter, Cable crimpers, Cable cutters, Plyers, Cutters etc.
    • Soldering iron, E3 wireworks and Visio for schematic development
    • Microsoft Office
