Our client is seeking an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ( INVESTMENT) for their office located in Troy, MI

Temporary assignment up to 6 months


The Investments Assistant primarily provides administrative and project-based support to the Chief Investments Officer and Directors, while providing additional support to the Investments team. T


  • Schedules internal and external meetings and convenings: manages calendars, assembles meeting materials, makes meal arrangements, and confirms appointments for the department.
  • Coordinates business travel and compiles itineraries (international and domestic).
  • Processes department invoices and expenses, prepares expense reports, and resolves discrepancies with Finance.
  • Uses the Asana platform to organize and track calendar information, team meeting agendas, and other projects.
  • Acts as the gatekeeper to the Investments department and determines the relevance and assignment of all incoming correspondence.
  • Assembles and mails Board Investment Committee materials.
  • Files, manages documents, and prepares special projects, and other general administrative duties as requested by the CIO.
  • Prepares mailings and shipments of materials; opens and distributes department mail.
  • Provides secondary back-up for telephone support and receptionist activities.


  • Associates degree, including course work in business communications, office management, and related areas. Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Must be a licensed notary or willing and able to become a licensed notary.
  • A minimum of three to five years of professional administrative office experience.
  • Proven experience with advanced Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other software is essential to accomplishing the work of this position.
  • Proven experience and skill with calendar management, travel arrangements (domestic and international)
  • High attention to details and strong proofreading skills.
  • Proven organizational skills with experience managing the details of very demanding meeting and travel schedules.
