Position: Manager /Team Lead – Technical Staffing Practice

Reports to: Practice Leader or Chief Executive Officer

Position Summary: This position will lead, develop and be part of a team that will recruit, interview and retain individuals within a certain specialty and provide superior customer service to Clients and development of new and current business.

Essential Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Recruiters to accomplish results including, excellent growth revenue and increasing the client base.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations in the Practice, ensuring that the highest level of service, sales and professionalism are offered to Clients and Candidates.
  • Recruit, train and develop staff to maximize his/her potential in servicing Clients & Candidates.
  • Maintain contact with major clients and prospects to maximize sales and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct weekly meetings to ensure good communication within the team about current and potential orders, clients and candidates.
  • Work with other Practice Leaders to cross-sell services among major Clients.
  • Development of client and candidate marketing campaigns.
  • Recruiting prospective candidates via sourcing, networking, direct contact, and internet recruiting.
  • Participating in recruiting at job fairs, career seminars, etc.
  • Reestablishing contact updating and identifying viable Clients and Candidates in CRM.
  • New business development with current and prospective Clients.
  • Make sure all documentation is complete within the internal database.
  • Maintain excellent Employee & Client relationships by conducting on-site visits with internal staff.
  • Prepare proposals, deal negotiation and closing deals.
  • Briefing and debriefing of candidates and clients.
  • Responsible for meeting weekly and monthly objectives individually and a Practice as a whole.
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • Conduct quality calls on placed candidates to ensure job satisfaction and answer any questions.
  • Conduct quality calls with current Clients to determine the progress of placed candidates.
  • Perform reference checks on candidates.
  • Work in conjunction with the Administrative or Accounting team to resolve payroll or invoicing questions.

Education/Experience:

  • 3-5 years experience within a recruiting environment; 1-3 years managing others.
  • Proven experience sourcing and increasing pipeline of candidates.
  • Experience working within a Staffing Industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
