Our client is looking for a Quality Control Coordinator for a Contract to Direct position in Troy, MI.

Summary: Responsible for performing quality reviews to assure that data entry, verify, call center and/or loss draft staff is entering insurance information correctly. Key elements are reviewed from imaging and compared to the system information.

Essential Duties and Functions:

  • Call review for quality assurance and reviewing check requests to ensure they are adhering to clients’ rules and investor guidelines
  • Compile and document discrepancies to be used for training and trend analysis
  • Reviewing insurance information, and clear understanding of all processes and various servicing platform’s according to defined business rules
  • Understanding of insurance documents and the lender placed process.
  • Understand the loss draft process
  • Follow procedures to ensure information is updated accurately and production metrics are reached
  • Identify error trends within processes and report to leadership.



  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient with MS Office– specifically Word and Excel


  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business or financial related discipline
  • Insurance or claims experience
