Our Nonprofit client is seeking an OFFICE SUPPORT SPECIALIST on a 2-3 month contract basis for their office in Troy, MI

DUTIES:

The support is needed to create electronic versions of older grant files. Older paper files need to be scanned and saved into the Fluxx data base.

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

Attention to detail, Dependable, Punctual, MS-Office Suite (especially Word and preferably familiar with MS-Access or another data base system), Use of computer and scanning equipment. Training will be provided for saving and accessing the electronic files in the data base (Fluxx system).

Education: Degree not required, Associates degree preferred
