Our automotive client is seeking a PURCHASING/ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK on a contract basis for their office in Auburn Hills.


Role will support purchasing team for our QAD to perform data entry, clean up our supplier naming convention as they are entered into the QAD system. Mainly admin and clerical work with templates, forms and purchasing documents. Must have experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.


  • Data entry into QAD
  • Purchasing experience – entry level to junior buyer level
  • Analytical – able to review business processes
  • Well versed with Microsoft applications – Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
  • Works quickly and efficiently to help support purchasing process as we bring plants and suppliers on line with QAD
