Looking for a TELEPHONE REPRESENTATIVE on a Contract to Direct assignment for our client located in Grand Rapids, MI area.


  • Answering phone calls; taking complete recorded and typewritten messages; processing information requests and orders; and relaying verbal information.
  • To handle all callers with professionalism and courtesy
  • To develop a working knowledge of products and services offered
  • To meet or exceed performance goals set forth by management


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Typing skills of 30 wpm
  • 1-2 years customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
