Our Client is looking for a DEVELOPER.


  • Design, develop, test, and implement features and code using proprietary programming language.
  • Help end users understand application features to accomplish their business goals
  • Partner with database and middleware administrators to achieve great application performance
  • Coach and mentor less senior team members


  • Design, code, test, and deliver insightful and architecturally sound business solutions
  • Document code and projects so others can easily understand
  • Fulfill customer requirements as measured by customer survey scores
  • Apply team coding, documenting, and testing standards to medium complexity work and recommend process improvements
  • Recognize upstream and downstream impacts; communicate effectively (verbally & in writing)
  • Learn the business process your application supports so your code will better support the business
  • Recommend improvements to application and team processes
  • Decrease incidents and increase uptime of your application
  • Remain compliant with our policies, processes, and legal guidelines
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Attendance as required by department


  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience coding in one of the following languages: C#, Visual Basic or other modern programming language
  • Experience with SQL writing queries
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and Javascript
  • Practical expertise in software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call development rotation 24x7x365
  • Work onsite at the assigned work location
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills


  • Financial services industry experience
  • Proficient in UNIX Shell scripting
  • Experience with Intersystems Cache database, Ontario CTV or Artiva Studio
  • Experience configuring workflow and building workflow procedure libraries

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Code expertly in your application while following team coding and testing standards
  • Respond promptly and effectively to problems, projects and tasks
  • Be organized, with ability to multi-task and prioritize requests
  • Be able to convey complex information in a timely and easily understood manner across all levels of the organization
  • Be able to demonstrate your ability to take initiative by being proactive in work duties and making recommendations as opportunities arise
  • Be self-driven, motivated to help, and able to perform with minimal supervision in a team environment
  • Be customer focused, always having the customer and company’s best interest
