Our manufacturing client has openings for CUSTOMER SERVICE/SUPPORT for their office located in Dearborn.

Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm

  • Handling inbound calls from commercial clients
  • Quoting rates
  • Handling billing inquiries
  • Entry of orders
  • Tracking orders
  • Providing product information'


  • 2-5 years customer service experience, billing experience
  • Call Center experience a plus
  • SAP and.or Salesforce a plus
  • MS Office proficient
