Our client in Rochester Hills needs to hire an OFFICE MANAGER /BOOKKEEPER to provide support.

POSITION TYPE: Full Time. Contract-to-direct hire. Immediate work.

PAY: Based on education and experience level



  • Oversee Office Clerical Staff.
  • Complete Human Resources responsibility.
  • Payroll and Timekeeping.
  • Employee Benefits and 401k Administration.
  • Documentation of procedures.
  • Organization of Company Events.
  • Education/Training program.


  • Accounts Payable (Process and pay vendor invoices).
  • Accounts Receivable (Create and send invoices, follow up for payment, post cash).
  • Account Reconciliation. (Accounts, bank accounts, credit cards)
  • Create/analyze/modify general ledger entries.
  • Produce Month/QTR/Yearly Financial Statements.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management required.
  • Excellent Accounting skills and fundamental knowledge of GAAP
  • Managerial experience.
  • Ability to handle Accounting and Payroll activities.
  • Excellent Computer Skills. Experience with Global Shop Solutions ERP a plus. Experience with an ERP system required.
  • Personal Qualities: Trustworthy, Excellent Organizational Skills, Attention to Detail/Accuracy, Great Attitude, Reliable.
