• Set and manage stakeholder expectations, demonstrating thought leadership and the ability to influence and drive solutions
• Lead high-impact delivery teams
• Drive complex enterprise level engagements, course correct, and lead Client to new designs and solutions
• Lead global projects of the highest complexity and diverse scope requiring complex architecture and leadership
• Create strategic relationships with clients; providing advice, support, and solutions, enabling them to achieve their targets
• Experience mapping industry trends and best practices to the client's unique requirements and processes to determine applicable fit.
• Provide WFM and HCM subject matter expertise for Country/Industry opportunities and leadership for strategic proof of concepts and demonstrations, managing risks, and trade-offs
• Direct client workshops either onsite or remotely to produce requirement specifications and propose solutions for client approval
• Support pre-sales activities such as proposals and scope of work writing, client presentations, etc.
• Participate in internal initiatives. Develop and assist in the roll-out of processes for efficiency and improvement
• Mentor and develop other consultants to improve the quality of engagements and strengthen the Global Services consulting practice

• 10-12 years consulting experience in direct or related industry
• Time spent managing teams of direct reports
• Experience supporting the deal crafting process (Services and/or Technical Sales Support etc)
• Enterprise Program deployment leadership
• Willingness to support internal initiatives to grow and mature the consulting business
• Demonstrated organizational agility working with diverse solution delivery teams.
• Ability to articulate complex value at both a high level and detailed level
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex issues to multi-level audiences throughout the company and customer executives.
• Ability to balance both Analytic and Creative problem solving
• Knowledgeable of and understands implementation principles and lifecycle
• Capability to exercise mature judgement
• Able to apply Learning Agility in various situations and teach this critical competency through modeling and discussions
• Excellent customer relationship management and business acumen
• Ability to lead negotiations with various stakeholders
• Ability to work on a dynamic, customer-focused team
• Ability to discuss technical concepts as they pertain to the overall solution
• Any formula language skills desirable
• Willing and able to travel up to 75%, both domestic and internationally
