Our commercial construction client is looking for an OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR for their office in Berkley.

In office position


  • Answering incoming calls and respond to inquiries
  • Manage agendas, travel plans, and appointments for upper management
  • Support bookkeeping
  • Document scanning, printing and filing
  • Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data
  • Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruption in standard front office procedures
  • Interacting and supporting multiple departments


  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with common procedures and basic account principles used in the office
  • Professional presentation and manner to all customers and staff
