The IT Analyst will be responsible for implementing and managing projects related to Infrastructure and Plex/EDI as well as other systems in the organization.

In this role, the following are the key areas of responsibility:

o Providing technical support for local office employees, which includes
 Support Plex ERP and other Business Critical IT applications
 Perform process analysis and document business requirements
 Propose, design, and implement IT solutions for the business with a major focus on Manufacturing, Inventory, and Logistics processes within Plex and EDI.
 Assist business with Plex ERP training and provide business process support
 Act as part of the local Plex project team, while coordinating escalated support to the Plex ERP Expert
 Work with the Plex team to develop early solution designs and provide high level effort estimates for projects.
 Understand the technology and business strategies of the organization.
 Support continuous improvement for IT (optimize, standardize, simplify).
 Support with SOX and other frameworks
 Provide assistance with office phone system changes and troubleshooting
 Troubleshooting wireless access (working with guests to gain access and create accounts)
 Assisting with password resets
 Troubleshooting mobile device issues
 Assisting with digital signage system
 Troubleshooting miscellaneous desktop issues (MS Office, application upgrades and installations)
 Supporting video/audio conference system and assisting with large meetings
 Conducting IT and application instruction/trainings as needed
 Deploying critical software and equipment updates for office PC’s
 Staging and setting up new equipment
 Wiping old equipment
 Migrating data from old servers or PC’s
 Implementing updates and changes for Access Card System
 Installing printers, assisting with paper jams and scanning
 Setting up peripherals and monitors
o Supporting the larger IT Infrastructure team by:
 Providing assistance to the Central Service Desk ticket queue as needed, specifically Tier 1 tickets which may involve access group changes, sending requests for approval and modifying access to systems
 Assisting with Remote Access System including clean up, provisioning, and instruction
 Monitoring and adjusting PRTG systems
 Cleaning up and maintaining IPAM/IP tools
 Assisting with upkeep of network documentation

Qualifications :

• Technical skills
o 3+ years of top tier ERP (Plex preferred) experience as an IT professional, in a manufacturing environment supporting manufacturing and/or logistical processes
o Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Automotive industry
o Excellent technical, analytical and troubleshooting skills
o Ability to anticipate technical issues and proactively address them
o Familiarity with a MS Active Directory Domain environment
o Knowledge of network basics such as DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP
o Strong knowledge in IT infrastructure, PC’s, printers and networks
o International IT Environment Experience Preferred
o Working Knowledge of ITIL and Agile Frameworks
o Familiarity with security best practices, common ports, AV, firewalls
o Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 10) and Office (2016/2019)
o Experience with MS SCCM
o 3-5 years of desktop support experience supporting customers / employees in a hands – on role.
o Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an IT related field, or equivalent experience
o IT training experience a plus
