Day to day miscellaneous desktop/mobile/peripherals support and troubleshooting –
MS Office/OS, business application upgrades/installations and support
Maintaining site DR documentation
Office IT and Applications Instruction/Training
Telephone system support and troubleshooting
Critical updates for office PC’s and software deployments
Telecom room/rack upkeep and organization
Printer/peripheral setup, installation and troubleshooting
New PC staging and setup
Data migration and wiping of old equipment


Assisting with central network queue tickets
Assisting with central network projects
Updating/managing remote access policies
Updating/administering proxy policies
Assisting with network audits
Assisting with management of central network and local office vendors
Upkeep and cleanup of monitoring tools such as PRTG, IPAM, Solarwinds
Assist with upkeep of network documentation central/local
Assist with Firewall policy updates
Wireless access troubleshooting including working with guests to get connected and create accounts

Required Skills and Experience:

A minimum of 4-6 years of network and desktop support experience supporting customers/employees in a hands-on role
Bachelors or equivalent experience, in an IT related field is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to self-manage
Excellent technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
Experience directly supporting executive level users
Microsoft Operating Systems and Office Experience including proficiency with Excel
Must have a solid understanding of DNS, DHCP, Subnetworks, IPv4
Experience with a MS Active Directory Domain environment
Familiarity with security best practices, common ports, AV software
Experience with MS SCCM
Experience/familiarity with firewall policies
Familiarity with IP telephony is a plus
Experience with Cisco Switching/Routing a plus
Cisco Certification a plus
