Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• • Design, implement and support Office 365 and related technologies including but not limited to, Exchange Online, Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), SharePoint, OneDrive for Business and Azure AD
• • This position is for an experienced O365 Administrator to support the general administration of the Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications. 5+ years' experience is needed
• • Serve as primary O365 administrator, 1800+ users environment
• • Lead meetings to O365 changes MS releases around each O365 product including Exchange Online, SharePoint, etc.
• • Lead activities around O365 licensing
• • Monitor, develop and maintain O365 technical roadmaps with O365 product owners
• • Maintain and update O365 governance documentation with O365 product owners
• • Maintain PowerShell scripts to manage/support the O365 environment
• • Maintain and document the O365 test tenant environment
• • Provide end-to-end root cause analysis and assistance for issues related to Exchange and Office 365
• • Updates knowledge base and/or support WIKI articles based on identification of new process. Leads continuous improvement streamlining of existing admin processes.
• • Provides consult in crafting user guides/job aides and facilities training of the other members of the team
• • Provides guidance on bug fixes or critical updates that need to be applied urgently and assists in coordination and implementation of such updates
• • Assists in identifying and prioritizing remediation efforts for recurring issues
• • Assists in ad-hoc reporting such as trend analysis on recurring incident types
• • Acts as an escalation point on troubleshooting performance issues and outages, and proactive problem identification and remediation
• • Able to translate business requirements into technology solutions. Resource for implementing agreed upon design in alignment with business or app needs
• • Ensures documentation of test and contingency plans as needed for implementation. Outlines support and sustainment model for service(s) being implemented including detailed technical design components needed for implementation.
• • Identifies new services needed (if necessary) to fulfill design and depict rationale for unique use case, POC for validation, etc. Participates in eliciting & documenting requirements from all stakeholder communities (business & IT)
• • Helps to outline support and sustainment model for service(s) being implemented
• • Contribute to Technology Operations Team (Infrastructure, Security and Service Desk) strategy and vision. Helps to guide project requirements, design & development, deployment.

• • Participate in compliance and security reviews as needed. Work closely with other internal teams to build security, reliability, and scalability into the O365 architecture.
• • Provide basic training to SharePoint Site Admin to main their sites.
• • Use ticketing system to manage incident/problem/change management.

• • Strong Office 365 Administration skills specialized in SharePoint online administration
• • Ability to communicate and present concepts effectively across multiple constituencies to support organizational objectives
• • Strong analytical skills especially in O365
• • Well organized with the ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously
• • Good interpersonal and collaboration skills, ability to influence others
• • Receptive and responsive to coaching and guidance from leaders and more experienced engineers. Seeks input and support as required.
• • Effective interaction with other Technology partners, responding quickly and thoroughly to issues and requests.
• • Provides constructive input and perspective to team conversations
• • Experience with Powershell information gathering and automation - plus
• • Very strong troubleshooting skills, ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• • Demonstrated experience with cloud technologies and the Microsoft collaboration stack; ADFS, DirSync, Azure AD Sync, Sharepoint Online, Exchange Online and OneDrive for business.
• • Experience in managing critical issues by engaging software providers or vendors.

Qualifications Requirements:
• • Minimum of 5 years of hands on experience in Office 365 administration including exchange, SharePoint, AD, O365 applications etc.
• • Minimum 3+ years of SharePoint administration; SharePoint online knowledge is must.
• • Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or above from four-year college or university in computer science or a related field desired.

• Certifications: o Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange Certifications (e.g., MCTS, MCITP, MCM)
