Our client, a tier one public company, is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to add to their dynamic and growing team. This position reports to the Manager, Global Cash Management, and is responsible for various aspects of global cash management and other areas of Treasury administration. Work involves a strong understanding of global cash management, intercompany financing transactions, global banking systems, ERP and Treasury Management systems, and US GAAP for accounting of cash and debt transactions.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for U.S. cash management activities - the analysis of daily cash balances, borrowing requirements, preparation of short-term cash flow forecasting and daily cash management activities.
• US and Global Investment management – approvals, reconciliation, and quarterly reporting.
• US Debt management – including Letter of Credit administration and floating rate loan administration.
• Execution of FX trade operations, including spot trades and related documentation.
• Assist in the global management of daily cash balances and short-term cash forecasting process.
• Administration, support and audit of global bank account management, bank signatory updates, and electronic banking entitlements.
• Global/Foreign banking platform backup and administration support.
• Prepare bank fee analysis and make recommendations to optimize services and minimize fees.
• Assists in the preparation and review of Sarbanes-Oxley 404 testing for Cash Management controls.

Qualifications Required:
• Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance required; MBA and/or CTP preferred.
• Minimum 2.5 years cash management and/or treasury business process experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Cash Management, forecasting and treasury operations.
• Good understanding of internal controls and appreciation of the internal control environment.
• Understanding and working knowledge of US GAAP.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Demonstrated Project Management and leadership skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to a high degree of accuracy.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced PC skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Exposure to global business and experience interacting with global partners.
• ERP experience preferred (software implementations a plus).
