Looking for CALL CENTER SPECIALISTS for our mortgage client in Troy working remote on a contract to direct hire basis

Shift: 11am - 8pm Monday through Friday

Start: 06/21/21


Mortgage Call Center Team Members are responsible for providing prompt, and accurate information to the assigned client base to positively impact the overall service levels . The team professionally interact with our clients/appraisers to provide the best possible customer experience. There are no sales or telemarketing responsibilities.


Manage large volumes of inbound calls and outbound calls in a timely manner
Identify caller needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Build sustainable relationships and engage callers by going the extra mile whenever possible
Accurately document all conversations in appropriate database in a comprehensible way
Meet personal/team metrics

Career motivation and mindset
Inbound and outbound call center experience required
Ability to work in a high call volume, fast paced environment
Professional phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening experience
Ability to work cohesively in a team setting, oftentimes across various teams
Eagerness to provide extensive communication on the phone and via e-mail both internally with co-workers and externally with clients and vendors
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office, and internet/web-based tools
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Optimistic approach; willing to learn and go above and beyond
Excellent attendance and punctuality
